Renato Sellani is a pianist of the new generation with a fashinating style. His “ touch ”, indeed rare among jazz pianists, and his exquisite sensibility are the qualities which make him recognize the world over. He uses the piano with unique effect and the greatest american solists, from Chet Baker to Lars Gullin have enthusiastically played with him. In this record for the first time has been registered with three different mikes and at a different distance, with an effect of depth seldom obtained before. This trio is composed by the bass player Giorgio Azzolini, well Known jazz solist, and the well prepared drummer Leonello Bionda.
